A new waterfront event is coming to Halifax this summer – combining sailing, drinks, and live music all in one place.
Sips and Sails is happening June 20 and 21, 2026 at the Halifax Harbourfront, hosted by the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront in partnership with Garrison Brewing.
What Is Sips and Sails?
This is a viewing event centered around international sail racing, paired with:
- drinks + local beer
- food and snacks
- live entertainment
It’s designed as a more elevated way to experience the races from the waterfront.

The event runs through the race finish each day.
